By using Elevatormate Pty Ltd ("em8" or "we") services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms presented within the em8 platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and are intended to comply with international online standards where applicable.

Disclaimer of Liability

em8 relies on measurements and data provided by third parties or users. Therefore, em8 and Elevatormate Pty Ltd assume no responsibility or liability for any discrepancies in outcomes based on our calculations or recommendations. By accepting these Terms, you agree to waive any liability or claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, against Elevatormate Pty Ltd for damages arising from decisions made using em8's results.

Terms of Use

Scope of em8 Calculations

em8 performs basic calculations based on the dimensions provided and does not account for the following factors:

• Elevator handrails or any obstructions within the elevator car.
• Elevator doors that do not fully open to the dimensions specified.
• Internal fixtures such as lighting, fire sensors/alarms, or wall/floor protection.
• Weight or load restrictions of the elevator.
• Floor alignment or uneven landings. em8 presumes the elevator lands flush and level with the relevant floors.

Pathway Accessibility

em8 assumes unobstructed access to the elevator. Users are responsible for verifying any tight corners or other limitations en route to and from the elevator for suitability.

Single Door Entry and Exit

em8 calculations are based on the assumption that the same elevator door is used for both entry and exit of items.

Occupancy and Additional Objects

em8 calculations are limited to determining item fitment and do not consider additional passengers or objects within the elevator at the same time.

Guidance Only

em8 results serve solely as a guideline. We accept no responsibility for items purchased or moved based on em8's calculations that may not align with actual outcomes.

Pre-Populated Elevator Dimensions

Our system may include elevator dimensions contributed by previous users and reviewed by em8, but not independently re-measured or guaranteed. For accurate results, users should validate these dimensions independently before relying on them.

Account Termination

Elevatormate Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate user accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Violations of our Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
• Prolonged inactivity on your account.

Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked, and data may be deleted or retained in accordance with our data retention policy.
